LOVE LANGUAGES: Let’s just say I am a hugger.

I’ve been in love with systems my entire life, which may be the least romantic sentence ever written, but it’s true. Give me a complicated problem, a whiteboard and a leadership team willing to be honest, and I’m ridiculously happy.

  • 30+ years working 1:1 with a small businesses in all sectors, government organizations , hospital systems and nonprofits.
  • Started and built a successful marketing firm with consistent 15-45% growth year-after-year.
  • Sat at the table and worked with and grew 500+ clients in her career. Saw the inside of hundreds more companies.
  • After more than 30 years in business, and 25 years building a B2B marketing agency that has served more than 1,000 small businesses, created the MAPS® Revenue System to help companies find revenue with clarity, alignment and action. Creating my own system eventually led me to EOS, finally finding the natural habitat for my brain.
  • I’m a CEO, business strategist and systems builder who loves candid conversations, difficult questions and uncovering the real issue hiding underneath all the symptoms.
  • Born in Detroit, become a Yooper and eventually landed in Palm Springs, CA where I traded pine trees for palm trees, snow scoops for sunshades and Lake Superior winters for dessert summers. Admittedly, that last trade feels less brilliant every July.
  • I love running and hiking, particularly when there’s a mountain, lake or spectacular view involved. My two favorite places on the planet are Lake Superior and Joshua Tree National Park.
